We’re hiring a Full Stack / Front-End Engineering Manager (5+ years experience)

Our platform simplifies and elevates the online ordering experience while delivering powerful intelligence to personalize interactions, automate campaigns, and drive customer loyalty. We integrate directly with restaurant POS systems to create a seamless experience, packed with unique features, beautiful design, and robust loyalty programs.

👨‍💻 About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll work across all of Appfront’s products—continuously improving what exists and building new features from scratch. You’ll have real ownership and immediate impact, with everything you develop reaching thousands of restaurants and millions of users.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
• Node.js, React, React Native
• GraphQL, Gatsby
• MongoDB
• Technical army unit background – Big Plus
• University degree – Big Plus
• Great design sense – We care deeply about user experience and building beautiful, intuitive products
• Team leadership experience (3–5 developers) – Big Plus (we’re also open to strong ICs ready to grow into a leadership role)
• 100% Hands-on – Must
