We’re looking for a motivated Junior GNC Engineer with a solid foundation in control, estimation, and dynamics, and the energy to help shape the future of high-performance robotic systems. You’ll contribute to the development of guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) algorithms that enable our autonomous platforms to perform fast, precise, and reliable maneuvers in real-world environments.
This role is hands-on and collaborative—ideal for engineers who want to see their work move robots in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and tuning of control and navigation algorithms
- Analyze sensor data and build robust state estimation pipelines
- Test and validate your algorithms in lab and field environments
- Collaborate with software, embedded, and mechatronics teams
- Develop and debug code on Linux-based systems
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc / MSc in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
- 2 Years of experience in control systems, estimation, or dynamics
- Experience with C/C++, Python
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Collaborative mindset and the drive to learn, improve, and contribute
Why Join Us?
- Your algorithms will run on real robots, not just simulations
- A talented and experienced team to mentor and challenge you
- A fast-paced, practical environment with high learning velocity
- Opportunities to grow in autonomy, control, and real-world robotics
