We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ATPG Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for developing and debugging ATPG patterns at both the block and top levels, analyzing and improving scan coverage, and simulating patterns, Develop and enhance TCL and Python scripting environments

It is a rare opportunity to join a group of experts and master skills in all aspects of DFT. You will collaborate with HW, VLSI and Operations teams.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ATPG tools.
• Programming skills in TCL and Python.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Tessent SSN – a big advantage
• Experience with ATE and Silicon bring-up - advantage
• Experience with MBIST insertion, verification, and pattern generation - advantage
• Experience with scan stitching environment with any EDA vendor - advantage
