In this role, you’ll lead a team of top-tier AI engineers, owning the architecture, scalability, and seamless integration of AI-driven capabilities into a high-performance, real-time security platform. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers, fostering a high-performing culture and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and career development
• Drive the design, architecture, and technical direction of the AI-powered product, ensuring it meets performance, scalability, and integration goals
• Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to align on strategy, execution, and delivery
• Ensure robust, scalable, and reliable deployment in production
• Stay on top of emerging AI technologies and best practices, evaluating and integrating advancements to keep the product and team at the cutting edge
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role within AI or data-driven product teams
• Strong software engineering background, with hands-on experience in backend systems, cloud-native apps, and GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs)
• Proficient in Python, with a deep understanding of integrating LLMs into real-world products using RAG, agents, and structured data like knowledge graphs
• Experience delivering AI-powered product features, with attention to reliability and evaluation metrics
• Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers, driving execution, and aligning team efforts with product and business goals
• BSc in Computer Science or related field. MSc - advantage
• Experienced with Cyber Security – advantage
