We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist/Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge algorithms for advanced 3D data analysis.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a specialist with deep expertise in computational geometry, machine learning, and advanced 3D data processing to develop innovative algorithms for extracting and interpreting critical information from highly complex 3D datasets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computational methods, deep learning, and spatial data analysis, with a proven ability to develop and implement robust algorithms for challenging research applications.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement advanced computational algorithms for the analysis of complex 3D data, including point clouds, meshes, and volumetric representations.
* Conduct independent research and development in areas such as 3D feature extraction, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection.
* Develop and apply sophisticated machine learning models, including deep neural networks, to extract meaningful insights from 3D data.
* Develop and implement advanced data preprocessing techniques
* Optimize algorithms for computational efficiency and scalability, considering diverse computational environments.
* Conduct rigorous testing and validation of developed algorithms, ensuring robustness and reliability.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to the development of innovative computational solutions.
* Document research findings and present results through technical reports, publications, and presentations.
* Stay current with the latest advancements in computational geometry, machine learning, and related fields.
Qualifications:
* Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong emphasis on computational geometry, machine learning, or advanced 3D data analysis.
* At least 5 years of experience in developing machine learning algorithms
* Extensive experience in developing and implementing advanced 3D data processing algorithms.
* Strong theoretical understanding and practical experience with deep learning and machine learning techniques.
* Proven ability to design and implement complex computational algorithms for challenging research problems.
* Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic research environment.
* A strong portfolio of relevant computational projects and publications.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing.
* Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
* Hands-on development experience in Rust
* Experience with automated data visualization and reporting.
