Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor a skilled team of developers and QA testers, fostering a dynamic and efficient work environment.
• Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge technological projects.
• Actively participate in the development of advanced web applications and solutions.
• Work closely with various departments to design and implement customized technological solutions.
• Uphold high standards in architecture, coding practices, and the adoption of new technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a development team.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in web and application development.
• Proven experience with React.js
• Strong backend development skills with Node.js
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and database design principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and modern development workflows.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a strong team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Strapi or similar tools.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Nginx.
