Noved.ai is an early-stage startup building the future of AI-driven performance marketing. Our platform transforms chatbot conversations into personalized, high-converting affiliate recommendations.

We are seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder to join our founding team and lead the development of our MVP and core technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap from MVP to scalable platform
• Lead full-stack product development and infrastructure architecture
• Oversee integration with AI/chatbot systems and affiliate networks
• Build and manage a high-performance engineering team
• Collaborate with the CEO on product direction, growth, and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in AdTech and affiliate marketing technologies — this is essential
• Hands-on expertise in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
• Solid understanding of AI, LLMs, and chatbot technologies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced, early-stage startups
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable tech
