What You'll Do:

As a Software Architect, you'll lead the charge in designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions in the financial sector. Your role will involve:

• Planning, designing, and implementing scalable distributed systems.
• Crafting and executing microservices and event-driven architecture strategies.
• Integrating advanced technologies and tackling large-scale organizational challenges.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborating with executive stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

What We Need:

• At least 10 years of software development experience – a must.
• Minimum of 2 positions as an Architect in enterprise-level organizations.
• Strong Java development background with Spring Boot expertise .
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven architecture – minimum 3 years experience.
• AWS expertise - comprehensive knowledge of AWS services and architecture patterns.
• Strong DevOps background including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with DevOps technologies and automation tools.
• Experience leading architecture processes in large-scale projects.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, managers, and tech stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• High proficiency in English.
