The Role

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer with AI-driven Prompt Engineering skills—someone who can spin up MVPs, internal tools, and AI-driven platforms effortlessly using tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Base44, Vercel, and more. You'll work closely with data scientists, product leads, and marketers to bring innovative ideas to life, optimizing the way we run digital advertising at scale.

What You'll Do

• Rapidly prototype new AI-powered tools and internal apps using Fullstack and AI-based automation tools.
• Build fast, scalable platforms that enhance performance marketing, automation, and analytics.
• Collaborate with AI, Data, and Product teams to integrate the latest technologies into our ad-tech ecosystem.
• Work in a fast-paced, creative environment, testing and iterating on ideas quickly.
• Optimize existing workflows using AI-powered automation.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Fullstack Experience – Strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or similar tech stacks.

✅ AI & Automation Skills – Experience using ChatGPT, Cursor, Base44, Vercel, and other AI-driven dev tools.

✅ Fast Execution Mindset – Ability to build & deploy working prototypes in days, not weeks.

✅ Experience with APIs – Comfortable integrating AI APIs, ad platforms, analytics tools.

✅ Ad-Tech Exposure (Advantageous) – Familiarity with programmatic advertising, performance marketing, or analytics.

✅ Problem-Solving Mentality – Ability to think outside the box and create innovative solutions.
