DeepKeep is looking for a hands-on DevOps Manager to lead and execute cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and CI/CD workflows across AWS & GCP. In this role, you will manage a team of 1-2 DevOps engineers, overseeing client-specific and SaaS deployments, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency in a cloud-native environment.
You will drive CI/CD automation, automated testing, versioning strategies, and infrastructure optimizations, working closely with engineering teams to enable smooth and secure deployments.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 DevOps engineers, guiding best practices and technical execution.
- Lead and execute cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations across AWS and GCP.
- Oversee client-specific and SaaS deployments, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, improving automation, testing, and deployment processes.
- Implement automated testing strategies within the DevOps lifecycle.
- Deploy and maintain containerized AI/ML models on Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Optimize GPU and compute resource allocation for machine learning workloads.
- Ensure security, monitoring, and compliance in cloud environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align DevOps workflows with business objectives.
- Continuously improve DevOps processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering.
- Experience managing and mentoring DevOps engineers (at least 2 direct reports).
- Expertise in AWS & GCP, with deep knowledge of Kubernetes, networking, and cloud security.
- Strong experience in CI/CD automation, using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Hands-on experience in automated testing and versioning strategies for releases.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Experience in managing containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments for performance and cost efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solving complex DevOps challenges.
