We’re Hiring - FS Team Lead

Location: Tel Aviv

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of skilled Fullstack developers.
• Tech Ownership: Manage and maintain a content management system (CMS) built with .NetCore, Angular17.
• Hands-On: Spend about 30% of your time coding, reviewing, and debugging.
• Innovation: Implement advanced development methods, introduce Unit Testing, and ensure high-quality, efficient code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in web-based development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Fullstack development teams.
• Proven experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, Wix, or Adobe).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Expertise in .NetCore.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflow.
