Job Description

We're searching for a dynamic R&D Team Lead to spearhead the development of Wix Life, the central hub for all employee-related information and actions at Wix! Join our Internal Systems R&D group and report to the R&D Group Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our internal tools. In your day-to-day you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of talented developers and QA engineers
• Drive design projects and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products
• Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into exceptional solutions
• Champion Agile sprints and Wix's release methodology to maximize efficiency and quality
• Continuously deliver valuable features while improving the tech stack
• Dive into both frontend, backend and mobile development according to our product vision and roadmap
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, leading large scale development projects and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
• 5+ years of experience in frontend design and development
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with backend developers, UX/UI designers and product managers
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, in both Hebrew and English
