We are looking for an FPGA Engineer to join our team at MBT, working on advanced missile & space systems.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Work as part of a small and highly skilled FPGA development team, working on cutting-edge multidisciplinary projects.
  • Designing and testing programmable logic components and modules.
  • Utilizing physical design tools (synthesis, place & route) and verification tools to generate programming files.
  • Conducting lab testing and design validation, including writing design and test documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, defining hardware-software interfaces, and supporting system integration.


What we’re looking for:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FPGA development – mandatory.
  • Strong familiarity with IP libraries and hard-core components.
  • Knowledge of physical design constraints: timing, constraint writing, placement, and I/O configuration.
  • Experience in logical verification (advantage for SystemVerilog) – Advantage.
  • Familiarity with common communication interfaces (RS232, I2C, SPI, etc.) – Advantage.
  • Experience with embedded processors in FPGA (uBlaze, NIOS, RISC-V, ARM) – Advantage.
