This role is perfect for highly experienced software developer who is familiar with monitoring development, networking and cloud world.

As an integral part of our R&D, you will be working with a motivated agent’s development team and the development group that is responsible for multiple desktop and mobile agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve the agent resilience and visibility by developing monitoring systems
• Work and integrate AI tools in the Agent and other platforms
• Collaborate with developers from other Agent, BI and DevOps teams
• Review and train junior employees with their needs
• Initiate and innovate to promote business needs
  
  

Qualifications

• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years experience with C# development
• Experience in C++ - advantage
• Familarity with cloud-based monitoring services such as Datadog, Looker, kafka
• Networking knowledge - IP & TCP/UDP stack, routing tables, IPv4/IPv6, and DNS configuration
• Experience in developing for Windows applications
• Experience working with AI-based monitoring tools and integrating into software environments – advantage.
• Experience with architecture and design of distributed services
• Knowledge of multithreading and async tasks - advantage
