Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly talented and hands-on DevOps Team Leader to join our team and drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD excellence, and cloud scalability. This role requires a strong technical leader with a proven ability to lead teams and execute hands-on DevOps tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a DevOps team by providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in infrastructure, automation, and deployment.
- Take a hands-on approach to designing, developing, and modifying CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and cloud environments.
- Own and optimize CI/CD processes for cloud environments, focusing on AWS & AWS Gov.
- Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on networking and AWS Landing Zone architectures.
- Work closely with developers, security teams, and cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation into the development lifecycle.
- Enforce software development best practices within DevOps, including clean code, version control, testing, and high-quality automation standards.
- Improve and shorten development and deployment cycles, ensuring fast and reliable delivery of services.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex infrastructure challenges in real-time, ensuring stability and performance.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of DevOps experience, with 5+ years in a team leader role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, ECR).
- Containerization (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes).
- Cloud platforms (AWS & AWS Gov – must).
- Linux administration and automation.
- Networking concepts and AWS Landing Zone architectures.
- Software development experience with a focus on best practices and automation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
