Data Scientist - Deep Learning Based Demand Forecasting

At its core is the Large Market Model (LMM), an adaptable AI engine that forecasts demand and market trends with precision, empowering real-time decision-making. Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.

We're looking for a Data Scientist with a strong focus on Deep Learning based solutions to help us grow our advanced analytics team's capabilities and develop advanced demand forecasting tools. The ideal candidate is a data scientist with a relevant experience who is self-driven, motivated, independent and sharp.

Requirements:

You’ll be a great fit if…

  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on data science experience with proven record of leveraging modeling into business outcome
  • You are proficient in Python (typical data analytics and machine learning stack: pandas, numpy, scikit, statsmodels)
  • You have an experience with causal inference, uplift modeling, anomaly detection or pricing algorithms
  • You have experience in Python and Machine Learning, with a focus on Deep Learning (ANN), in time series, forecasting, demand forecasting, revenue management;
  • You have great communication and storytelling skills to transform complex data sources into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences
  • You are able to provide and recommend innovative solutions and approaches to non-trivial challenges
  • You’re a team player, ready to help others meeting aggressive timelines and motivate the team to meet the product deadlines
  • You know to assess the performance of the ML-powered system from business environments perspective
  • You are good at turning ambiguous problems into clearly defined sequence of steps
  • B.SC or Master’s degree in Economy / Statistics / Computer Science / Engineering / Relevant Field
  • You are proficient in using SQL (BigQuery / GCP experience is a plus) and git
  • Have a readiness and willingness to continuously learn while working

  • A big plus is experience in the aviation industry
