Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Data Scientist with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and experience working with state-of-the-art LLMs. You will play a key role in developing, deploying, and optimizing LLM-based solutions to address complex business challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Research, develop, and implement cutting-edge LLM-based models and applications.
- Fine-tune and customize pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and domains.
- Evaluate and compare different LLMs to determine the best fit for various use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for LLM integration and development.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for LLM training and inference.
- Monitor and evaluate LLM performance, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM research and technology.
- Document and communicate findings and results effectively.
What You'll Need
- Master's in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
- Strong background in machine learning and deep learning.
- Experience working with and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face,Transformers).
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering for text data.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying and scaling LLM-based applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their LLM services.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
- Research experience in the field of LLMs or NLP.
