Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Front End Tech Lead to join our "Wix Automations" team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and user-friendly web applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with product managers and designers to create user-focused web applications

- Developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality front-end code

- Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

- Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Mentoring and guiding junior front-end developers

- Staying up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in front-end development

- You have strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- You have experience with React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript frameworks

- You possess a deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques

- You have experience with version control systems, such as Git

- You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
