We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead to lead and scale our DevOps team. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical expertise and strong mentoring skills to drive best practices, optimize cloud infrastructure, and enhance CI/CD pipelines. What You Will Do?

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Own the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless and automated deployment processes.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Security, and IT teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
• Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization across production and development environments.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt new tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
  
  

What You Have?

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi, Docker, and Jenkins.
• Experience with ArgoCD and CI/CD best practices in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Groovy).
• Proven ability to mentor, guide, and grow a team of engineers.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Elastic).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Advantageous: Experience with MongoDB, Node.js, and React.
