Responsibilities

1. Integration of AI solutions: Responsibility for integrating innovative AI and LLM-based solutions into our projects, working closely with different teams across the company.
2. Optimization and innovation: improving existing algorithms and developing new approaches to continuously increase the efficiency and effectiveness of AI solutions.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist developing AI and NLP projects.
2. Great programming skills in Python.
3. Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, Peft, TRL, and LangChain.
4. Enthusiasm for the field of machine learning and the willingness to continuously develop yourself further.
5. Can-do attitude.
6. Highly detail-oriented and organized.
7. In-depth experience in dealing with closed and open source LLMs.
8. Very good methodological knowledge in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, especially in the field of NLP.
9. Knowledge of specific models such as Recurrent Neural Networks, LSTMs, Transformers and Language Modeling.
