We're seeking a skilled Fullstack Team Leader (80% Frontend - 20% Backend) to work on Palantir's data infrastructure and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills, team leading skills, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize our data exploration and reasoning application.

• Lead a team of Fullstack developers (Mostly frontend) in designing and building scalable, mission-critical applications.
• Develop new features and maintain existing systems, working with both legacy and modern codebases.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and execute development roadmaps.
• Ensure high-quality coding standards, best practices, and code reviews.
• Work in an Agile/Sprint-based development environment, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Balance hands-on coding (70%) with leadership responsibilities (30%).
• Design, build and maintain the frontend application of a big-data system
• Develop solutions for design partners and users
• Develop frontend algorithms for data exploration and reasoning problems
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility
• Participate in code reviews and documentation
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements - Must Have

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Python, Node.js, and React.
• 3+ years of experience leading a development team.
• Strong understanding of REST API / FastAPI / Swagger Hub.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
• Experience with orchestration (EKS, Docker, ECR Etc’)
• Experience with Git, git flow methodology, Jira, and / or other dev related best practices tools.
• Agile development experience, with a track record of collaborating closely with PMs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a mission-critical environment.
• Experience with React for developing frontend applications
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch for search and analytics
