We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior ML Engineer

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Overall, as a Senior ML Engineer you will:

· Understand business objectives and assist in development of the correct infrastructure to achieve them, alongside metrics to track their value.

· Consult with managers and stakeholders to determine the solution objective and its expected value.

· Design, develop and maintain machine learning systems.

· Solve complex problems with multilayered data sets, and optimize existing machine learning libraries and frameworks

· Study and transform data science prototypes and apply appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools

· Train, retrain, and monitor machine learning systems and models in production environment affecting millions of players.

· Stay up to date with machine learning and GenAI developments across the industry.

· Collaborate with other scientists, engineers, architects and analysts spread across several countries.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer Science, Engineering, or related field

· 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, ML Engineer, or a similar role, with a consistent record of successfully delivering ML solutions

· High proficiency in python with extensive experience with ML frameworks and API development (FastAPI/Django/Flask or similar)

· Experience with data processing workloads.

· Experienced working with Docker and on Kubernetes environment

· Passionate about learning innovative technologies and an autodidact.

· Experience in LLMs, RAG, Agents (LangChain, LlamaIndex) - Big Advantage
