We are seeking a Lead Developer & Technology Architect to drive our technological vision,

mentor a talented development team, and build scalable, high-performance cloud solutions. If

What You’ll Do

Lead & Mentor

• Guide and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering innovation and

technical excellence.

• Set coding standards and best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable, and

high-quality software.

• Collaborate with VP R&D, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to align

technology with business goals.

Design & Develop

• Architect, design, and implement high-performance, scalable backend systems in Node.js.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Optimize database performance and manage structured/unstructured data efficiently.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure) to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automation tools for

seamless deployment.

AI & Innovation

• Integrate AI-powered development tools and automation to boost productivity.
• Research and implement AI-driven features that enhance the platform's capabilities.

Security & Compliance

• Implement cybersecurity best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards

(e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).

• Secure application architecture and data integrity against potential threats.Collaboration & Product Alignment
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend

engineers, to deliver cohesive software solutions.

• Bridge the gap between technical implementation and business needs, ensuring

strategic alignment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Developer – 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, specializing in Node.js.
• Cloud Architect – Proven experience designing, deploying, and optimizing cloud solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• API & Blockchain Pro – Strong background in API development, smart contracts, and blockchain integrations (a plus).
• AI Innovator – Hands-on experience with AI-powered automation in software development and workflow optimization.
• Security-Savvy – Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data encryption, and secure coding practices.
• Team Leader – Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor, collaborate, and lead technical discussions.
