What you’ll do:

• Be a key member of one of the core teams within our engineering organization, contributing to the foundation of our cutting-edge SaaS platform.
• Collaborate closely with architects to design, plan, and build scalable, high-performance platform infrastructure.
• Lead large-scale, complex projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Mentor and guide team members, establish best practices, and drive engineering excellence.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring reliability, stability, and performance.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and introducing new technologies to enhance our platform’s capabilities.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Java and/or Node.js applications.
• 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer, specializing in infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong expertise in cloud and SaaS solutions.
• Proven experience with event-driven and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Java and Spring or Node.js and Nest.js.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to tackling technical challenges.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB (advantage).
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and monitoring tools (advantage).
