The Sound Sensing Team is responsible for detecting and interpreting various auditory signals, such as sirens, to enhance the safety and functionality of autonomous driving. We combine state-of-the-art deep neural networks and signal processing algorithms for real-time applications deployed in vehicles, ultimately contributing to saving lives and enabling autonomous vehicles.
What will your job look like:
- You will be responsible for designing and developing algorithms for real-time sound-sensing applications.
- You will lead end-to-end projects, from product requirements and characterization to algorithm design and implementation.
- You will work closely with system architects, product managers, and software engineers.
- You will be part of a growing team, developing innovative products within our organization.
- Your work will be integral to our autonomous and driver assistance systems, allowing you to test and demonstrate the system in real-life scenarios.
All you need is:
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree from a leading university.
- Background in Neural Networks/Deep Learning/Signal Processing- a must.
- Background in one of the following: acoustic signal processing/NLP/computer vision/Array processing- advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in Algorithm development.
- Good programming skills in Python.
- Experience with system design for algorithmic pipelines.
- PhD/MSc- an advantage.
