The unit is responsible for development of a global reporting and analysis system for business data, creating a single organizational source of truth.

Additionally, the unit plays a crucial role in the company's periodic closing processes.

It also involves developing organizational planning processes such as budget preparation and rolling forecasts, as well as supporting end-users tools for data analysis and visual presentation through organizational dashboards.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence (BI) SAP solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications

- Implement and optimize data integration processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency

- Develop and maintain planning and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance

- Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of BI tools and solutions

- Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our BI capabilities

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems – Must

- Master’s degree in a related field.- advantage

- Over 10 years of experience in SAP BI systems within a global organization, with expert knowledge in BW, BW4HANA, BO and SAC - mandatory

- Strong business orientation and in-depth knowledge of sales systems and processes across all divisions in ICL or from global companies

- Proven experience in leading and implementing global projects

- Extensive organizational knowledge, with the ability to integrate various ERP systems into a unified global BI truth

- Ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and development/infrastructure teams

- Flexibility to provide tailored solutions to a diverse user base while ensuring global optimization

- Experience with advanced analytics

- Experience in SAP planning systems and processes

- Fluent in English
