What You’ll Do:

🔹 Develop & Customize Android Firmware – Build and maintain custom AOSP-based firmware, including Google-free Android versions and security-hardened builds

🔹 Manage Multi-Version Firmware – Oversee firmware version control, integrating custom APKs while ensuring compatibility across multiple devices

🔹 Implement Advanced Security Features – Modify and apply bootloaders, drivers, GrapheneOS-like security enhancements, and system internals

🔹 Regular Updates & CVE Mitigation – Keep firmware updated with the latest CVE patches, ensuring a strong security posture

🔹 Optimize Performance & Stability – Test, debug and deploy firmware across diverse Android hardware platforms

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of experience in Android firmware and embedded software development

✅ Strong, hands-on expertise in AOSP, Android system internals, and firmware customization

✅ Proficiency in Git, version control, and Android build systems

✅ Deep understanding of Android security, CVE mitigation, and firmware hardening

✅ Familiarity with secure operating systems like GrapheneOS and Android kernel modifications

✅ Strong scripting & automation skills (Python, Jenkins) for firmware packaging & deployment

✅ Leadership skills to guide a team, manage projects, and drive technical execution
