We are looking for a Real Time Embedded Engineer Team Leaderto join our team!

What we are looking for?

A leading defense company in the North of Israel is looking for a Team Leader for Embedded RT Software Development

• Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Embedded software development, including experience with various operating systems – Linux/VxWorks/FreeRTOS – must
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership – must
• People management skills, teamwork, systems thinking, high service orientation, independence, and strong integration abilities – must
• Knowledge and experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) and working in a C/C++ environment – must
• Experience in software development for systems with multiple interfaces (including interfaces with hardware – operation of serial interfaces, card interfaces, BSP, etc.) – must
• Proficiency in English, both reading and writing – must
• Professional skills in testing, including designing and understanding test environments, test planning (cycles and scenarios), initiating test operations, leading and reviewing surveys, test design and implementation – advantage
• Relevant academic degree (such as Software Engineering, Computer Science) – advantage
• Experience in RT system development – advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad if needed – advantage
• Experience in managing and leading SCRUM teams – advantage
