Fetcher is seeking a Data Validation Analyst. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with technical skills, enabling them to effectively monitor data quality, identify issues, and work with engineering teams to implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute statistical validation tests for data consistency and drift detection
• Create and maintain validation rules combining statistical methods and business logic
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement validation checks in production using Dagster
• Build monitoring dashboards to track data quality metrics and anomalies
• Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues and propose solutions
  
  

Requirements:

You’ll be a great fit if you have...

• 2+ years of experience in implementing data solutions in production environments
• Strong Python programming skills for data analysis
• Experience with BigQuery and Apache Beam
• Knowledge of data pipelines and Dataflow
• Experience with metrics systems and visualization tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD and version control systems
• Familiarity with Dagster or similar tools
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate technical findings to stakeholders
