We are looking for a dynamic We are looking for a talented Algorithm & System Engineer with hands-on experience in developing and optimizing wireless communication algorithms for technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wi-Fi, and other wireless standards. This role requires strong system-level thinking, including defining technical requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of wireless solutions into broader system architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize wireless communication algorithms, focusing on RF/PHY layer aspects such as modulation, synchronization, and interference mitigation.
- Define and refine system-level requirements based on performance, power, and integration considerations.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of wireless algorithms into the overall system.
- Conduct system-level performance analysis, modeling, and simulations to validate algorithm efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Python, MATLAB, and C/C++ for algorithm development, validation, and system modeling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve wireless system challenges, including interference, coexistence, and signal integrity issues.
- Stay updated with emerging wireless technologies and contribute to the evolution of next-generation wireless communication systems.
- Experience in machine learning algorithms.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 5 years experience in designing and implementing wireless communication algorithms, with a focus on the RF/PHY layer.
- Strong system-level understanding of wireless communication, including signal processing, modulation, and RF performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Python for system modeling, analysis, and algorithm validation.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, real-time processing, and system integration.
- Ability to define and manage system requirements, ensuring efficient cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a big-picture approach to system architecture and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
