Lead a team of fullstack developers in designing and building scalable, mission-critical applications.
Develop new features and maintain existing systems, working with both legacy and modern codebases.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and execute development roadmaps.
Ensure high-quality coding standards, best practices, and code reviews.
Work in an Agile/Sprint-based development environment, ensuring timely delivery of features.
Balance hands-on coding (70%) with leadership responsibilities (30%).

Requirements:

Requirements - Must Have

5+ years of hands-on development experience with Python, Node.js, and React.
3+ years of experience leading a development team.
Strong understanding of REST API / FastAPI / Swagger Hub.
Experience with AWS, Azure, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
Experience with orchestration (EKS, Docker, ECR Etc’)
Experience with Git, git flow methodology, Jira, and / or other dev related best practices tools.
Agile development experience, with a track record of collaborating closely with PMs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a mission-critical environment.
