The Opportunity

MyndYou is looking for a passionate backend developer to join our team. In this position, you will take part in building MyEleanor, a conversational AI system and its supporting systems. This will include the design and development of a system using ML models in real-time and data ingestion and transformation.

About You

You are a developer who cares about the product and wants end-to-end involvement in the development process from design through coding and testing and all the way to production. You are passionate about creating impact and have the ability to make things happen.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• 5 years of experience in software development
• 2 years of proven experience with backend development using Python.
• 2 years of experience in applications utilizing relational databases as part of the overall application architecture (MySQL or Postgres)
• 2 years of experience designing and defining architecture, including writing design reviews, and test plans as part of launching software products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CI/CD processes with tools like Github Actions, Gitlab, Jenkins.
• Experience with Cloud (AWS advantage) - working with ECS, EC2, Lambdas, and more
• Experience with Redis, or similar frameworks - Advantage
• Experience with front-end frameworks - Advantage for React
• Web development - API, Flask, Fast API, ASYNC.IO
• Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
