About the team:
As a Cloud automation engineer, you’ll be a key member in managing our cloud Operation, mainly focusing the production cloud, platforms, monitoring, and automation. In this role, you will be a part of global automation team, managing the development and progress of Radware’s cloud, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability moving forward while Radware’s customer base are growing continently.
- Develop and implement Operation automation using tools and scripting capabilities.
- Monitor and optimize Radware cloud.
- Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Product and other operations teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of the cloud feature and services, also proactively communicate progress and blockers.
- Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Create and maintain automations for cloud Operation and processes.
What you need:
- Proven experience working in large scale cloud production, providing mission critical services to large enterprise customers
- knowledge of scripting, automation methods and orchestration technologies.
- Linux - 3+ years of hands-on experience and strong knowledge in - configure, troubleshooting and deployment. – Must
- Good knowledge and understanding VMware / KVM, working in big VM base environment – deploy & maintain.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn new things.
Ability to work as on-call engineer (after work time including weekends)
Advantages:
- Networking – Knowledge and troubleshooting experience in network communications – Routing – BGP , TCP, packet analyzing.
- Containers – Working with standalone + orchestrate base container environments – including designing & deploying environments.
- Experience in cloud services – AWS mainly – VPC, S3, SQS, EC2, EKS etc..
