What you'll do

●      Be a part of transforming global supply-chains and logistic operations 

●      Help build the company’s next generation of asset intelligence solutions 

●      Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software components and applications 

●      Lead and manage a small team of backend developers, offering mentorship and technical direction.

●      Lead the team 

●      Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, QA, and product, to deliver end-to-end solutions 

●      Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices 

●      Work with the latest technologies in web development and cloud technologies 

●      Stay up to date with industry trends and latest technologies to incorporate them into product development 

●      Focusing on developing real-time and server-side IoT tracking and monitoring applications 

Requirements            

●      5+ years of experience in backend software development 

●      Experience with modern scalable cloud technologies, particularly on Azure Cloud or similar platforms  

●      Strong understanding of software design principles, Microservices, Kubernetes, Algorithms, and data structures 

●      Understanding of best practices for building Scalable applications with peak performance and reliability 

●      Experience with leading a small team of developers

●      Proficiency in programming languages like C# (mandatory) and NodeJS,  

●      Experience in .NET Core or equivalent frameworks 

●      Familiarity with modern web application development and API integration  

●      BSc degree or equivalent 

●      Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment 

●      Excellent communication and organizational skills 

●      Ability to adapt to and master new technologies rapidly 

●      Experience with web-based application development, IoT solutions or real-time systems is an advantage
