Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into customer-reported issues and implement effective solutions.
- Acquire proficiency in Check Point Security Management Server and its underlying technologies.
- Collaborate within a Linux environment, leveraging various technologies including Java, C#, C++, SQL, Spring, and more.
- Engage with both on-premises and Cloud deployment modes.
- Forge close partnerships with Check Point Technical Support to gain insights into customer challenges and drive resolution efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university, with a GPA exceeding 85.
- Prior experience in support and service-oriented roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Java is a prerequisite, with additional experience in C++ and C# considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with SQL databases is preferred.
- Knowledge of information security and networking concepts is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and debugging.
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to generate quick and innovative solutions.
- Knowledge in React – Advantage.
