Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate Software Engineer to help build and scale our products. In this role, you’ll utilize AWS serverless architecture, AWS containers, and Python to design, develop, test, and deploy services from planning to production. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and other development teams to ensure each feature meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

• Drive the software development process from concept to deployment in an agile environment.
• Investigate and integrate emerging technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge
• Deliver end-to-end features and enhancements while keeping top-quality standards
• Focus on code quality, supportability, scalability, and performance
• Shape feature design and implementation to elevate the product to the next level

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Backend development experience
• 2+ years of professional Python development experience
• Experience in leading a feature from its design stage, through implementation and deployment
• Curious, eager to explore new technologies and understanding them in depth
• Passion for clean, efficient code and best practices in software design
• Proactive, self-driven nature with a drive for excellence
• Good communication skills, fluent in English

How You’ll Shine

• Background in enterprise-scale application development for cloud/SaaS (AWS serverless is a big advantage)
• Hands-on experience with AWS, containers, and Python
• Familiarity with microservice or event-oriented design and development
