• Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers, driving innovation and excellence.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• 4+ years of experience in directly managing Agile software development teams.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
• Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and task management.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps technologies.
• Deep understanding of the importance of highly automated QA environments.
• Hands-on project management skills and experience.
• Ability to manage and optimize complex CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for adopting modern technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
