Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience working on high-scale distributed systems OR as an Infrastructure, Platform, or DevOps Engineer.
• Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure in cloud environments.
• Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for cloud-based systems.
• CI/CD & Developer Enablement: Proven ability to streamline developer workflows, improve build and deployment automation
• Kubernetes Expertise: Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, components, and main flows, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• Experience with AWS services
• Networking: deep knowledge of cloud networking, VPCs, and service discovery.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to analyze and optimize resource utilization, application performance, and cloud costs.
• Problem-Solving & Self-Learning: Highly motivated engineer with a passion and strong self-learning ability.
• Collaborative in a Small, Fast-Paced Team: Comfortable working in a small, dynamic team, taking ownership, and wearing multiple hats when needed.

Advantage:

• AI & LLM Integration: Familiarity with AI frameworks, LLMs, and their integration into platform systems. Understanding how to optimize, deploy, and maintain AI-based services while addressing potential operational challenges.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Extensive experience with Terraform (or equivalent IaC tools) for managing cloud infrastructure.
• Scripting & Automation: Strong ability to write automation and maintenance scripts using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
