The Role:

As CTO and a founding member, you’ll define our technological vision and strategy. During the early stage, you’ll lead the development of our AI-driven platform, streamlining complex workflows. This is an opportunity to build and guide a highly talented technical team while driving innovation in an industry ripe for disruption.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the technological vision, aligning with business goals.
• Lead an AI-powered platform's early-stage development and deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation.
• Build and mentor a team of exceptional engineers, and AI specialists.
• Take a hands-on role in early-stage development, including prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and problem-solving.
• Shape and scale the technical roadmap for sustained competitive advantage.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to ensure state-of-the-art solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technical and business strategies.
• Drive a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of R&D, or similar leadership role in a high-growth tech environment.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and their real-world applications.
• Strong software development background focusing on complex systems, with hands-on coding and architecture skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and the ability to execute at scale.
• Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, thriving in uncertainty.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows or industrial applications is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a startup mindset.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• A Ph.D. in AI, ML, or optimization is an advantage.
