The Data Team Lead will oversee our dedicated data squad, which focuses on creating and maintaining internal tools for client onboarding, data analysis, data ETL integrations with clients, and developing back-office applications to enhance internal efficiency using LLMs. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong technical background and a passion for fostering collaboration and driving impactful results. The ideal candidate is highly project-oriented, skilled at planning and execution, and adept at building strong relationships across departments
Position responsibilities:
What are we looking for?
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record of success leading and mentoring data engineering teams in dynamic environments. Strong technical expertise in backend development, ETL pipelines, and cloud platforms, with familiarity in Python, SQL, and LLMs as a plus.
Skills & Attributes: Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Analytical and results-driven, focusing on measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and a people-first approach to leadership.
