We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development of user-centric, cutting-edge interfaces that empower clinicians and improve the effectiveness of behavioral health care. Who are you?
You are a highly experienced frontend engineer with extensive expertise in React and modern frontend development practices. You have a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable user interfaces. You are passionate about UX/UI design and have the technical ability to bring those designs to life seamlessly.

How will you contribute?

• Lead the design and development of complex frontend features and interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to create user-friendly solutions
• Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast and reliable applications
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team

What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in React
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend libraries
• Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, MobX) and component libraries
• Strong understanding of responsive and accessible design principles
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
• Experience in collaborating with backend teams and integrating APIs
• Wonderful to have: Experience in behavioral health tech or AI technologies
