About The Role

Entro Security is seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Engineer with expertise in Go and cloud infrastructures, to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Go development, along with a deep understanding of cloud platform engineering and event-driven architecture.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable cloud-native Go applications
• Develop API integrations with third-party applications for data collection
• Own our agent architecture, including scalability, networking, security, and storage
• Develop monitoring and automation tools for stability and performance benchmarking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Be customer-obsessed and understand product needs
  
  

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer
• 2+ years of experience in Golang development
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platform services (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture (Kubernetes or ECS – preferred)
• Experience with queueing mechanisms such as SQS and Kafka
• Familiarity with TypeScript – Advantage
• Experience with CI/CD tools – Advantage
