We are seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to join the development team of a successful trading technology company. This role offers an exciting technological challenge, combining hands-on development with leading frontend development teams, cross-functional collaboration, and technical mentorship for developers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the frontend development team (7 developers + 4 QA engineers) and additional development teams in the future.
• Work closely with development teams to implement complex technological solutions, providing architectural guidance.
• Conduct design processes and provide technical direction for system-wide solutions.
• Support multiple products and lead technical processes to improve system performance and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, teaching them how to research and solve technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the group architect and other team leads.
• Manage technical tasks, including presenting solutions and guiding best practices.
