Senior Fullstack Team Leader

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Team Leader to lead our frontend application team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building innovative web applications.

This role has strong emphasis on frontend development and strong BFF (Backend for frontend) methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Architect, design, and implement complex software solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends and best practices.

Team Management:

Recruit, hire, and onboard talented engineers.

Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Set clear expectations and performance goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, techlead, and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, GraphQL, React, and Node.js

Experience with PostgreSQL database.

Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices

Deep understanding of REST and experience with Swagger / OpenAPI

Experience with version control systems (Git)

Experience:

At least 6 years of proven experience as a full-stack developer

2+ years of experience in a team leadership role
