Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Manager/Senior Manager to be part of the product solution development leadership for addressable TV Advertising suitable for telco and OTT operators, content owners and broadcasters from across the world.

The person taking this role will play a key part in building our next generation products and bring it all to fruition. We are looking for an outstanding R&D manager to spearhead the development of our Dynamic Ads Insertion product, operating on big scale cloud systems with high business criticality

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers (local and remote) developing dynamic ads insertion platform, associated tools to run operations and the end-to-end solutions in this space.
• Define and build innovative solutions around cloud TV Ads insertion ensuring deployment operations at scale.
• Manage all aspects of Cloud operations on a day-to-day basis maintaining continuous availability, durability, scale and up time.
• Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other R&D teams for best outcomes.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Ad Tech background with Deep knowledge of digital Ads delivery technologies someone who understands how the ecosystem fits together.
• 10 years of experience in engineering, technical innovation and leading of engineering teams.
• Strong leadership with knowledge of business and technical, analytical, problem solving verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience in enterprise software development and deployment.
• Experience with leading large-scale deployments, managing high throughput and IO intensive services.
• Experience in SaaS, Multi-tenant product, Micro Service development, database/application server architecture, network and DevOps operations/Cloud service management
