Join our R&D team as a Senior Back-end Developer and combat financial crime. Develop solutions that transform unstructured electronic communication data (from phone calls, chats, emails, etc.) into actionable intelligence for financial institutions.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement feature requests
• Optimize system scalability and resilience
• Work closely with the Product Team and Architects
• Support and maintain the production environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Java/kotlin programming experience – MUST!
• Proven expertise with Spring Framework - must
• Experience with Elasticsearch/MongoDB - big advantage
• Strong background in Linux OS, Shell scripts and containerized environments (Docker, K8s)
• Experience with cloud providers, cloud native systems and micro-services
• Experience with Kafka, Rabbit MQ
• Experience with RDBMS (MySQL)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
• BSc in relevant field
