We are seeking an experienced Algorithm Team Manager to lead our innovative detection algorithms team. This role requires a background in Computer Vision, Signal Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. You will be responsible for the research, design, development, implementation, and proliferation of algorithmic solutions for our cutting-edge products. This position involves working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment, collaborating with software engineers, product developers, physicists, and semiconductor professionals.

What you should have:
- Background: MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in algorithm development, with experience as a team manager preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in classical computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, and software development (Python skills advantageous).
- Leadership Abilities: Experience in leading and mentoring a project, defining work plans, and allocating resources.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various professionals, including Algorithm Developers, Physicists, and Software Engineers.

- Plan and lead the execution of team projects based on product user needs, Identify new trends and algorithmic solutions.
- Supervise the development process and implement key algorithms in computer vision and deep learning.
- Mentor and grow a world-class team of researchers.
- Collaborate with diverse functions in the organization and represent the team in technical and managerial meetings.
- Enhance infrastructure and best practices for algorithm development and contribute to research and development to push the boundaries of technology.
