Role Overview: As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying our generative AI platform. This position requires expertise in Python, SQL, and MLOps, with an emphasis on creating scalable, efficient, and reliable systems. Experience with DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes) and/or Frontend Development (TypeScript, React) is a bonus, as it will let you contribute to the deployment and UI.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Architect, develop, and maintain robust software systems for generative AI applications, primarily using Python.
• Data Management: Build and optimize data pipelines, queries, and database schemas using SQL to ensure efficient data access and processing.
• MLOps Implementation: Implement MLOps best practices to streamline the development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models.
• System Scalability: Ensure scalability and reliability of AI services by leveraging cloud-based solutions and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, prompt engineers and game designers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Code Quality: Maintain high-quality code standards through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Front-End Collaboration: (Optional) Contribute to front-end development and integration using TypeScript, when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency with Python (specifically async), with experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications.
• SQL Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL for querying, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• MLOps Knowledge: Proficiency in MLOps practices (especially for LLMs), including CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, model versioning, monitoring, and deployment.
• Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and related services for AI/ML workloads.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design efficient and effective solutions, deal with complex abstractions and fast-changing product requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Kubernetes Expertise: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling AI/ML systems.
• TypeScript Knowledge: Familiarity with TypeScript for building or integrating front-end solutions (specifically in React).
• Experience with Generative AI: Knowledge of generative AI models (GPT, RAG, Stable Diffusion, Transcription, Diarization) and their deployment workflows.
• DevOps Skills: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Docker, Terraform, or similar technologies.
