Overview

The Software Engineer at Skyline Robotics will become a part of the software team in our company – from specification through design, and validation. You will collaborate with mechanics, software, algorithmics, validation, and manufacturing teams in order to build and stabilize our software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing new features for the system’s user interface (both front-end and back-end)
• Responsible for developing the product’s CI\CD pipeline, and implementing state of the art solutions for the process
• Developing modules under ROS (Robot Operating System)

Required Skills

• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Experience with web technologies (Using one of the JavaScript frameworks React\ Angular\Vue, HTML, CSS), and deep understanding of modern web applications architecture and design.
• Experience in developing backend systems and APIs with Node.JS, Nest.JS or similar technologies.
• Knowledge in Python
• Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS)
• Experience with Relational databases.
• Experience with Linux environment and containers (docker).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Source Control procedures.
• Team player and highly motivated
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
