We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer with expertise in C++ or C# to take the lead in designing and implementing software features from concept to deployment. As part of your role, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems that drive our mission.
• Lead feature development from initial concept to deployment, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
• Conduct system analyses focusing on performance, security, and seamless integration.
• Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure reliability and quality.
• Guide and support junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Provide technical leadership in solving critical challenges and shaping strategic decisions.

You should bring with you:

• 4+ years of programming in C++ or C# with a proven track record of end-to-end feature development.
• Knowledge of Python or Go is a big plus.
• A true team player with exceptional communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a nice-to-have.
